In-studio Pilates education to be presented by Risa Mathews, Olga Voropaeva, & Lindsay Cavanaugh

This is a program designed to condition participants whilst educating them on the transformative system of movement that is Contrology, the art and science of Pilates.


Boditree creates confident and informed teachers, dedicated to ongoing education and the constant pursuit of doing the work well. Pilates is a disciplined system of movement no different from ballet or gymnastics, in that there is a beginning, middle and an end to the workout, while making it meaningful for individual needs. There is meant to be universal understanding of the exercises, and how they are meant to be experienced and executed, that is what separates Classical Pilates from modern, contemporary off shoots of the method. The Pilates System is clear and concise like a recipe, which enables us to have measurable, profound results, just as Joseph Pilates promised.

3. Mentorship Certification:

Choose any 11 Sunday class dates (12:30-5:30) (inclusive of 3 private sessions): $4550.00

4. Pay by semester:

  1. Matwork Certification - Section I (inclusive of 3 privates): $2650.00

  2. Reformer & Chairs - Section II (inclusive of 3 privates)
    If paid by January 30th, 2025: $5000.00
    From January 31st: $5500.00

  3. Barrels - Section III (inclusive of 3 privates)
